Wacky Bear Factory is more than a retail store. It is a retail concept design­ed and structured to provide a fun, interactive, and satisfying exper­ience for every customer.

The Wacky Bear Factory customer experience begins the minute a person (child or adult) walks through the door. They receive a warm and friendly greeting and begin the selection process for that “Beary” special addition to their family. The excitement builds as they watch their new friend come to life when they stuff it with love and give it a heart.  Now it’s time to select a “Beary” special name for their new friend and make their adoption certificate. The customer then chooses from a wide variety of clothing and accessories and dresses their animal. After the animal is dressed, it is has a “Beary” best friend forever. 

Wacky Bear Factory is one of the only national chains of stuff it yourself bear stores that licenses out the concept and has their own company owned stores.  Wacky Bear Factory offers three concepts.  The first is the typical store front in-line store.  This store ranges in size from 1200-1700 square feet.  A party area will be incorporated into the layout of the store in order to host all the birthday parties you will book.

 

 


The second is Wacky Bear Factory’s new ground breaking design that raises the bar with its compact size and unique look.  At 12 feet by 25 feet Wacky Bear Factory Express is 300 square feet of fun!  This design was thought of for those that want to open their own stuff it yourself experience store but did not have the funds to open an in-line store.  The Express store is located in the middle of the mall or in small in-line stores where the visibility is the highest and where the bright and colorful colors attract the eyes of the passing customers.

 

 

 

 

 


The third concept is our newest one, Wacky

Bear Factory Mini.  It incorporates all of what

Wacky Bear is about in a much smaller

concept.  This layout was designed for mall

locations or to be incorporated into an

existing business location. The advantage of this

concept, is that it CAN be home based!

 

 

How it Works!

 

As a customer enters the kiosk they first pick out the animal skin that they would like to stuff.  The animal skins range from under £10 to £12.  The customer then helps stuff the animal they picked out and makes a wish on a heart and places it into the back of their new pal.  Once their new pal is stuffed, they walk over to the touch screen computers where they name their new pal and print out an adoption certificate.  The software that is used in the adoption stage of this concept is proprietary software.  After leaving the adoption stations, the customer then selects the clothing to put on their new pal.  After checking out the customer brings home their new pal to love for years to come.

Bearthday Parties

At Wacky Bear Factory, we strive to give 100% customer satisfaction and to provide the most enjoyable and memorable bearthday a child could possibly experience.  Bearthday parties are a great opportunity to reach a large audience at one time.  This is a great way to promote your store and show off your customer service.

There are no License/Franchise fees. There are no annual royalties to pay.  Training on getting all aspects of your new store open for business will be given.  The in-line stores have a cost of between £99,000.00- £115,000.00.  The express concept has a cost in the range of £43,000.00-£48,000.00 and the mini concept will range in cost of £19,999.00.
